Super Mahi Kart® is Mahi Maru's racing and merchandise brand and is managed on her behalf
by her mother, Divya Maru. As Mahi is a minor, she is not personally a party to any purchase, sponsorship agreement or other contract made through this website.
2. Using Our Website
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access or use its content for unlawful purposes.
3. Products
We take reasonable care to describe and display our products accurately. Colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and screen settings. Measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise.
Small variations in colour, texture, finish or placement may occur between products and are not necessarily faults.
All products are subject to availability. We may change or discontinue products without notice.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Delivery charges are displayed separately before payment.
Payment must be made using one of the methods available at checkout. Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers, and we do not directly store complete payment-card details.
We try to ensure that prices are accurate. If a genuine pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before accepting or fulfilling it. You may confirm the order at the correct price or
cancel it for a full refund.
5. Placing an Order
After placing an order, you should receive an acknowledgement. This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that it has been accepted.
The contract between you and MMSMK Ltd is formed when we send confirmation that your order has been dispatched or is ready for collection.
We may decline or cancel an order if:
• The product is unavailable;
• Payment cannot be authorised;
• We identify a pricing or product-description error;
• Delivery cannot be made to the address supplied;
• We reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or unlawful activity; or
• The order breaches these Terms and Conditions.
If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, we will issue a refund.
6. Delivery and Track Collection
Royal Mail delivery costs £5.99. Orders are usually expected to arrive within 5-7 working days, unless a different timescale is stated on the product page or agreed with you.
Free track collection may be offered at selected events attended by Super Mahi Kart®. Track collection is available only when shown or agreed and must be confirmed before you travel.

7. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Consumers purchasing online normally have the right to cancel an order within 14 days after receiving it, subject to legal exceptions. After telling us that you wish to cancel, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Personalised, made-to-order or custom-made goods may not be eligible for change-of-mind cancellation unless they are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet your legal rights.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
8. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
Products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, email orders@supermahikart.com as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where helpful.
We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your legal rights. This may include a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, depending on the circumstances.
9. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions and discount codes may be subject to separate conditions and expiry dates. Unless stated otherwise, they cannot be exchanged for cash, applied retrospectively or combined with another offer.
We may withdraw a promotion where there has been an error, misuse or activity inconsistent with its terms.
10. Intellectual Property
The Super Mahi Kart® name, branding, logos, product designs, photographs, videos, graphics and written content belong to MMSMK Ltd or are used with permission.
You may view and share links to public website pages for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You must not copy, reproduce, modify, sell, distribute or commercially use our content, branding or designs without prior written permission.
11. Third-Party Links
This website may contain links to sponsors, partners, social-media platforms or other third-party websites. We are not responsible for the availability, content, security or privacy practices of external websites.
12. Our Responsibility
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of your statutory consumer rights.
To the extent permitted by law, MMSMK Ltd is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. If a material delay occurs, we will contact you and take reasonable steps to minimise its effect.

14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions when our products, services or legal obligations change. The terms applying to your purchase are those in force when your order is placed.
15. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory protections and rights available to you under the law where you live.
